Welcome to the Jumpin Beans Customer Gallery & Social Network Community. Below are some instructions to help you get started here. Ok so let's set things up!

The first page you'll see when you sign in is your "dashboard". This is gives you an over all view of things that have happened since your last visit. One of the first things you will want to do is set up your profile. Click the profile icon, the gray image of a person, to the left of the Dashboard link on the top bar.

In your profile area you can click on the edit profile and fill in as much or as little information as you want to let other members get to know you. Here you can also upload your own personalized picture of yourself and set your privacy settings as well. Click "save" when you are done to save your changes. The next thing you will want to do is set up the general look of your profile and add some "widgets". "Widgets" are the extra modules that allows you to add a blog, message board, video, friends and other things to your profile.

To add a widget simply run your cursor over the right side of the widget until it changes into a four pointed arrow, click and drag it to either the right, middle or left widget box. To remove a widget drag it from its position over to the far right. Note: there are some default widgets already set up to get you started. When you have it as you like, click "save," to save your changes. You can go back in and rearrange widgets at any time.

The "settings" link, allows you to change your display name, your password and also your general privacy settings. Here is also where you can configure your "Twitter" widget if you have added that to your profile. So, you can send out "tweets" to Twitter.

Some specific things to know about adding friends: Under the "Tools" link, you can click on members, view profiles, and add as a friend.

To add video to your profile, drag the video widget to a spot on your profile. Then in a separate, new window, sign into your "You Tube account", (this also works with other popular services like "Flicker" too), find the video you want to post, and grab (copy) the "embed code". Next, click on the Jumpin Beans site again, click the "edit" link for the video in your profile, paste the embed code, give the video a title, and click save. The URL is optional.

You will have to play with the positioning a bit depending on the size of the video clip. To do this, just click the "edit page" link (top right) of your profile page and drag the widgets around until you have the look you want. To add more than one video to your profile, drag another video widget over to where you want it in the widget column. Remember to save each time you edit the layout of your profile page. Note: Additional videos have to be added separately each time.
